It happens to all of us…
“I don’t want to go to yoga.”
“I’m dreading my upcoming marathon.”
“I’m too tired.”
“I’ll start my diet tomorrow.”
Sound familiar? There will always be “stuff” that comes up that we “don’t want to do.” But more often than not, when you see things all the way through, opportunities are created to live a bigger life than you ever thought was possible.
You’ll drag yourself to yoga and you’ll nail that pose you’ve never quite hit.
You’ll cross that finish line with a brand new PR.
You won’t know what you’re capable of accomplishing if you don’t get out of bed in the morning and SHOW UP. It won’t always be easy, but if that is what it is going to take for you to really live into your dreams, you better get on it. There is no time to play small. Our time here on Earth is far too short to sit on the sideline.
Utilize the resources around you. Your friends and family can be your support system. Declare your goals to them and ask them to hold you accountable. If they truly support you, they will hold you to it. If they don’t, consider new friends. #truthbomb
Love yourself enough to commit to showing up even when you don’t feel like it. You’ll be AMAZED at what happens.
